SURFEX® designs and manufactures the Air Operated Manual Wet Blasting / Vapour Honing Machine for a wide range of components (Mould Cleaning of Pharma Industry / Components of Automobile & Aerospace Industry / Parts of Gas Turbine / Aluminum Alloy Wheels / etc.).
The slurry of abrasive media (Glass Bead / Alumina Oxide) and water is pumped to the wet blasting gun.
The machine consists of Blast Cabinet, Turn Table, Abrasive Recovery Unit with Storage Hopper, Suitable No. of Wet Blasting Guns, Pneumatic Agitator, Slurry Pump, Mist Collector/Mist Separator, and Control System, etc.
The spent slurry (water and abrasive) collected in the storage hopper placed under the cabinet. The slurry stored in the bottom storage hopper will be recycled by the slurry pump.
The slurry pump supplies slurry of abrasive and water at positive pressure to the wet blasting gun. The fired slurry after blasting is collected in tank. The output of pump is connected to the wet blast gun. Thus in this manner, from the storage hopper the slurry will be distributed for recycling.
A sufficient capacity of mist collector/mist separator is incorporated, to suck mist produced during high velocity wet blasting by the suction draft created by the exhaust fan & keep the chamber and environment clean.

The machine consists of Blast Cabinet, Motorized Turn Table mounted on work car (provided if required), Motorized Nozzle Reciprocation Arrangement for Auto Blasting, Suitable No. of Wet Blasting Guns, Abrasive Recovery Unit with Storage Hopper, Pneumatic Agitator, Slurry Pump, Mist Collector/Mist Separator, and Control System, etc.
