Rotating Turn Table cum Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine

SURFEX^® designs and manufactures the Rotating Turn Table (mounted inside the blast cabinet) cum Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine.

The machine can be used as a Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine for single-pass cleaning of hangable jobs, and the same machine can also be used for cleaning non-hangable jobs on Rotating Turn Table.

The door of the machine is opened, and components are loaded on the turn table (mounted inside the cabinet) / hanger. The door is closed, and the blast wheel unit is oper¬ated. Suitable number of blast wheel stations is located strategically around the cabinet, which fires the blasting abrasive media on the rotating components (placed on the turn table / hanger). After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the blast wheels are shut off and the door is opened for the un-loading of components.

SURFEX^® equipment includes a fully automatic Dust Collection System to remove dust and fines from the blast cabinet.
